Roseberry Dental Practice

New Patient Consultation

The consultation will include a discussion about your dental health, including prevention, as well as any cosmetic concerns you may have.

We make sure that we take time to listen to and address any concerns you may have. If there is any treatment which is necessary, your dentist will provide you with a full written treatment plan and explain all the costs involved. Your dentist will also carry out a cosmetic assessment of your smile.

What Happens?

Your dentist will carry out a full dental health check, including:

  • An assessment of your teeth
  • An assessment of your gums
  • An oral cancer screening
  • Dental photographs (if necessary)

To reduce the waiting time on your first appointment, please download, print, complete the medical history form and bring it with you.

Cancellations

As a new patient, please kindly acknowledge that we do have a cancellation policy of at least 24 hours to avoid any late cancellations or missed appointment fees for time that can be offered to patients that need it most and is left unused.

We may also require a small deposit for further bookings when an appointment has been missed without any notice. We aim to send automated courtesy reminders for booked appointments, however the responsibility lies with the patient.

For non-English speaking patients.

If you require translation services or any patient information leaflets in a different language please email [email protected] before your first appointment so we can accommodate your request.
